  • We shall request a full advance payment to hold the booking on definitive basis.
  • Advance payment can be made using credit card and bank transfer.
  • Any cancellation 30 days ahead of check in date would be refunded back except administration and banking charges amounting to 10%.
  • Cancellation within 21 days prior to check in date will be 25% of tariff.
  • Cancellation in between 21 days and 15 days prior to check in date will be 50% of tariff.
  • Cancellation with in 15 days or no show would mean redemption of 100% or 01 night charges.
